First of all, please remember that we are located in Western Australia, which is up to 3 hours behind the rest of the country. If you ring us a 9am Sydney time, we're still asleep!
During WA business hours, we can be contacted by phone, email, online chat, Facebook, Twitter, and more. While we work through the teething problems of setting up on Australia's woefully inadequate NBN, our phone lines are currently restricted to one incoming call at a time.
